When Doug and I were blessed with the opportunity to build our forever dream home, a 2 story farmhouse, we interviewed Brad Bauman with Centermark Construction. First impressions are everything! Brad definitely made an awesome first impression with both of us and we immediately knew he was the one! Brad arrived to his appointment with a copy of our plans which he printed on his own and a detailed binder which included multiple tabs showing each and every detail and trade that it would take to build our home. Brad was very personable, down to earth, knowledgeable, fair, and extremely easy to work with!! Once the project began, our home continued to show progress weekly and he stayed within his deadlines he had promised us. Brad and his team of workers including Lauren, Jake, Jason, Dylan, Kayden and Bobby all became a part of our family as they were extremely professional and knew what it took to build a quality home. Our farmhouse had plenty of details in it and Brad and the team provided up to date knowledgeable experience to tackle all the "extras" in our forever home. Jeff Heuer, our cabinet builder built many custom shelves, mirrors, vanities, and cabinets which were another perfect example of the quality that Centermark Construction used to build our home. Building a home following a pandemic could have been scary, but not with Brad and the Centermark team. Brad thinks four steps ahead of the process to avoid delays, to avoid adding extra unnecessary costs, to provide alternatives if a problem should arise, and to advise us along the way using his expertise to assist us in the process of building. Doug and I cannot say enough AWESOME things about Centermark Construction and would recommend them to anyone who wants high top-notch quality, personable people to work with who have your best interest in mind, and a contractor who sticks with his deadlines. Brad and Centermark, you were AMAZING!!!!!

When building our house we went out and got 3 bids. I have to say that it was Brad's professionalism and up to date knowledge on the trends in the industry that made our decision. He wasn't just a builder but became a friend throughout the process. I spoke to him almost on a daily basis. He did a phenomenal job of always letting us know what was going on and when it was going to happen. His bid was spot on! He made building a home fun and exciting. I absolutely would recommend Brad and if I were to build again, he would be the only person I would go to. Honestly it was the best experience I could've asked for.
