Brad Bauman is the Founder and President of Centermark Construction. With nearly 25 years experience in the construction industry, Brad has extensive experience with all aspects of the building process. He began his career as a carpenter and worked for multiple large scale home builders, managing major home developments and commercial projects in St. Louis for 15 years. His knowledge of the industry transitioned into a vision of starting his own company, with a focus on design build projects.

Brad’s passion is working with his clients from start to finish, understanding that designing and building your dream home can be stressful and overwhelming. He and his team strive to make the process as seamless as possible every step of the way. From designing your plans, to on-site visits, acute design elements to handing over your house key at the time of completion.

Born and raised on a dairy farm in Ste. Genevieve, Brad grew up with the “work is never done” mentality, which transfers over to his own company. He resides with his wife, Lauren, with their family in Ste. Genevieve.
